When you order an item from a country outside the EU, it counts as import, therefore you will have to pay a fee for import declaration when you pick up your item from your postal agent. At Postnord, the fee is SEK 75-125.


If the product has been shipped then you cannot cancel your order, but you can return the item yourself.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us under the café “Contact us”. You will receive confirmation without delay that we have received your notice, after which we will decide whether you meet the conditions necessary to be able to apply the right of withdrawal. In the event of a right of withdrawal/open purchase, we do not reimburse shipping costs to us and the responsibility for the shipment reaches us lies with you as a customer. 

Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not against cash advances. When changing, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.

Repayment obligation:

We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days of the date we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have changed your mind. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement goods.
